Meeting Point Instructions

Curacao has two cruise terminals, the Mathey Wharf and the Mega Pier, each with their very own meeting point. The two terminals accommodate a total of five active berths/docks. You should be able to find your cruise ship's berth over at https://hms.curports.com/webx/ under 'Cruise Ships'.

We will be waiting for you outside of the terminal's property at the discussed time. Please note that we always use Curacao's local times. Cruise ships might not actually adjust their clocks to match the local time.

Our guide will be positioned at the (main) exit of your terminal. For detailed instructions, please scroll down to the berth corresponding with your cruise ship:

MATHEY WHARF (MATHEYWH), MOTET WHARF (MOTETWH) or NEW WHARF (NIEUWEWH):

The Mathey Wharf (seen on the map below) shares its exit with the Motet Wharf and New Wharf located next to it.

  • Exit through the security gate next to the orange with green security building;
  • Our guide will be waiting for you right behind the gate holding a sign with your name.

MEGA PIER (MEGA1):

Please be aware that there are two exists, so follow these instructions carefully to ensure that you are leaving the terminal through the correct exit.

  • Upon exiting the ship, go towards the white canopies. Hold and go right;
  • Go left at the next junction;
  • Exit through the main security gate straight ahead. This is the same exit used by the taxis and buses;
  • Our guide will be waiting right behind the gate holding a sign with your name.
Mega Pier

TULA PIER (MEGA2):

The Tula Pier opened next to the Mega Pier in November 2017. The map below is not representative of what the area currently looks like (it will eventually), but the route is more or less the same for the time being. Please refer to the above Mega Pier map for a more detailed look of the exit.

  • Upon exiting the berth, go right. Keep the water on your right-hand side;
  • Hold left when the other berth, the Mega Pier, is to your right;
  • Exit through the main security gate straight ahead. This is the same exit used by the taxis and buses;
  • Our guide will be waiting right behind the gate holding a sign with your name.
